🕒 Shift: Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Programmed is recruiting a High Reach Forklift Operator for a busy steel manufacturing facility located in Eastern Creek.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating forklifts and handling materials safely and efficiently
• Picking, packing, dispatching, and completing general warehouse duties
• Handling steel bars weighing approximately 10–15kg
• Assisting with threading the machines with the steel bars
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Assisting across warehouse operations to support daily production requirements
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams
• Supporting stock movement and inventory control activities as required

• Valid Forklift License (LF) with High Reach Experience
• Previous experience operating High Reach forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 20kg
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Own reliable transport and ability to commute to Eastern Creek (preferred)
